finding, sharing and embedding your 360pindrop.com virtual tour

dowloading your stills

  1. Click “Customer Pages” in the main menu.
  2. Search for your business by name.
  3. Click on your listing.
  4. Right-click on any still photo in your listing.
  5. Choose “Save” or “Save As”
  6. That’s it.

  1. Go to Google Maps on a desktop computer.  Either type in the address exactly as shown in the photo or type “Google Maps” into the search bar and select Google Maps from the results page.
  2. In the Google Maps search bar, type in the name of your business.  Select your business listing from the search results.

3.  Click on the photo above your business name.

4.  Click the “360 View” tab above the pictures.

5.  Then click on any of the photos and the virtual tour starts from that picture.

6.  To choose your opening shot for sharing a link or embedding the tour into your website do the following: navigate around the tour until you find the place and viewpoint you want your tour to start from.  When the frame you are looking at is the one you want your visitors to see you’re ready to get your “Sharing” codes.

1.  Search your business name and select it from the search resutls.

2.  Click on the “See Photos” picture above your company name.

  1.  Click the “3 Dots” next to your business name.

 2.  Click the “Copy Link” button then paste into an email or anywhere else you want to share a link. ( Remember, the link code represents the view you were seeing before you completed  step 1 above.  If you want the opening view to be different, go back to your tour and navigate around until you find a view that suits you then return to Step 1 .)

 3.  To share directly to Facebook or Twitter just click the appropriate icon.  Login if necessary, then press the “Post” button.  That’s all there is to it.

getting embed codes

 1.  Click the “Embed a Map” button.

2.  Choose between small, medium, large or custom size. 

3.  Click “Copy HTML”

4.  Paste into your website in an HTML iFrame.  (See next section for help on HTML iFrames)

using iframes in your website

An iframe is a widget in your web-design software.  There are many different web-design software programs in use and we can’t cover them all.  If your particular program isn’t listed below you’ll have to contact customer service for your particular program.  Oftentimes the discussion evolves around “Inserting forms”.  The same process is used to insert any html code.  The keywords you’ll need to use when contacting customer service are: iframe, html code and embed.
